Nitro Sense on ANV15-41 didn't have a keyboard icon to control the keyboard RGB LEDs.

I installed a fresh version of windows 11. I then installed Nitro Sense from the Acer website.

Nitro Sense opened successfully but it didn't have a keyboard icon to control the keyboard RGB LEDs.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Nitro Sense and now it doesn't start at all.

In the event log I'm getting the following error:

Exception Info: System.IO.FileNotFoundException
at CefSharp.Cef.get_IsInitialized()
at CefSharp.Wpf.ChromiumWebBrowser.NoInliningConstructor()
at CefSharp.Wpf.ChromiumWebBrowser..ctor()

I switched on Fusion Logging but I couldn't see any assembly dlls failing to load.

Any thoughts on what file(s) are missing?

Sorry but the AN15 41 typically comes with a red backlit keyboard rather than an RGB keyboard. Uninstall Nitro Sense in Windows "Add or remove programs" and try reinstalling it again.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

The lights under the keyboard are currently white suggesting either single white LEDs or RGB going on at the same time.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling NitroSense but it's failing somehow.

There is no icon appearing in the start menu. Launching manually from the install directory "C:\Program Files\NitroSense\SenseOverlay\" still gives the above error.

Oh, and sorry, the Laptop is ANV15-41. I missed out the V.
