Acer aspire 5 with dual boot won’t start either windows or fedora after repair

After a repair my acer that I have with dual boot with windows 10 and fedora the laptop will show the acer logo and then it will ask to run fedora or windows, either of those will just froze in the acer logo and the spinning wheel and it will not boot, I tried the automatic repair, also I went to the bios and reset to default, boot manager and I ran out of ideas, I don’t want to lose any information that I have in there and I am looking for solutions on what happened please help

    It would really help if you would tell us the exact Acer laptop product model number that you have, as without that info we are giving you a basic answer, so here it goes.😀

    Do a Hard Reset by undoing the back cover of your laptop then take the battery out and if it has a an RTC.BIOS battery then disconnect that from its mainboard plug, then short its +&- pins with a metal screwdriver to reset CMOS then take the ram out. Leave the laptop product like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) and reconnect everything and reboot, as this should reset the main EC and Chipset of your laptop and should make it boot. If this doesn’t fix the freezing boot problems, then you need to take your laptop to a technician that can analyze your laptop more closely and fix the freezing issues of pre and post boot and they can also make sure that you don’t damage your drive.
