Acer Predator Triton 300SE Fan issues - fan seemed unrelated to the fan settings in Predator sense

For starters I'm not very great with computers so I might not be 100% accurate on all the information, but this is what I got.

My laptop has 3 fans I believe, two bigger ones at the back and one smaller one at the front right side of the laptop, to the right of the mouse pad (gpu fan maybe?). So I hadn't cleaned the dust out of my laptop in the few years I had it and I noticed that every now and then that fan would get loud and make noise despite the rest of my laptop being cool and the other fans being off. This fan seemed unrelated to the fan settings in Predator sense. It was not that big a deal, it'd typically run for like a min or so before it went off and it was all ok. Recently I went to get my laptop clean for dust and when I got the laptop back that fan seems to be going a lot more often and for a lot longer with seemingly no rhyme or reason. It still occasionally turns it self off but it is so loud and the noise is more grating that having it on means I can't think. My issue is that that fan has seemingly no relations to the fan controls in predator sense. I'm more than happy to have my fans on max if my laptop is heating up but when its cool and I'm just watching a youtube vid or trying to do some work its frustrating to have this very grating fan just running like crazy for seemingly no reason.

Any ideas?

To ad a note, sometimes my laptop is completely quiet, and I turn on the fans cus I feel it getting warmer, then when i turn the fans off this one just keeps running and gets even louder and it wont turn off on its own for ages.
