Dear ACER Support Team,

My name is Stanislav XXX, and I am the owner of an ACER Predator PHN16-72 computer, serial number NHQRFEC001XXXXXXXXXXXX (purchase code 40805763634). I purchased this computer with the intention of using it for professional work with photography and graphics.

When I bought this computer, I checked the technical specifications and saw that its screen supports the DCI-P3 color gamut. However, during my work, I encountered an issue: the colors displayed on the screen do not correspond to those that should be expected with the claimed DCI-P3 gamut. This discrepancy becomes particularly noticeable when I transfer photos processed on this computer to other devices, such as the iPhone 15 Pro, which also has a DCI-P3-compatible screen. The photos appear oversaturated on my computer, but on other devices, especially on the iPhone, they appear gray and dull.

I suspect that this issue may be related to incorrect screen calibration. Therefore, I kindly request that you provide me with the factory calibration file for my screen so that I can restore the correct color settings.

I appreciate your understanding and hope for a prompt resolution of this matter.

Sincerely,
Stanislav XXX

The Predator PHN16-72 model that you have does not have the DCI-P3 100% colour gamut oem on every laptop sold by Acer, the below list shows the screens that Acer fits to the PHN16-72 laptops and only a few of these screens have the DCI-P3 100% colour gamut that I've highlighted below.

You must not have a DCI-P3 100% colour gamut screen models. Install the HWiN64 software and go this software's Monitor section to see exactly what screen model is fitted to your laptop oem, and then and if you want a full-CI-P3 100% colour gamut screen, you will have to upgrade to either the BOE NE160QDM-NY1 V8.4 or the INX N160GME-GTB C2 that are a DCI-P3 100% colour gamut screens fitted to the PHN16-72 laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
