Acer Nitro AN515-57 -How to fix my laptop being100% Usage all the time when gaming,less performance.

So basically my PC was on windows 11 but I went back to windows 10 and after like 4-5 hours my GPU goes back on being 100 Usage so what I basically found a method to make it good again by rolling back the drivers but same thing after 4-5 hours it goes back on 100% usage on game and less performance BUT I found another solution is to just go to device manager and disable my rtx and enable right back and same thing after 4-5 hours.

I went to r/Tech support on discord, and I got told that something is preventing my laptop from increasing its clock speed past idle and that I had to check if there was any bios or firmware update that was applicable but there's no BIOS update that needs to be done as of right now

Downgrading a Windows11 laptop is not a good idea as drivers for W10 may not be available, you will also have update issues and W10 is no longer fully supported next year. Uninstall all the pre-installed bloatware and trial versions that constantly run at the background backing up to Cloud, Open the Task Manager Processes tab and check background processes that should not exceed 65.
