When I Press F12 during startup, Windows Boot manager is not working instead it boots to normal mode

I want to Troubleshoot my laptop but Windows Boot manager not working it open my laptop normally.

You have to enable the F12 key in BIOS first, the default is set to disable F12. Then save changes when exit Bios and reboot while pressing F12. If it skips BIOS/boot screen you may have Fast Boot enabled (default). Boot to BIOS with F2 and disable the Fast Boot option, save changes on exit BIOS. If none of this works you can enter BIOS from Windows, Type UEFI or BIOS in Windows Search and confirm you want to restart, when you see the blue Troubleshoot menu, click on Advanced and UEFI. Once you are in BIOS press F9 to reset BIOS to factory default and enable F12, save changes on Exit BIOS.
