My Acer Nitro 5 one day shut off, with like 0 power pressing the power button wouldn't work so I decided to go on Youtube and I found a solution ever since that day I would plug my laptop into the charger. The light would turn on and it would display it's charging, but the % wasn't going increasing and it wouldn't decrease either. I've been stuck at 31% for like the past 2 days.

If you mean your battery charging is stuck at 31%, uninstall AcerSense and Acer Care Center programs in "Add or Remove programs" and check in Windows Services that these apps are no longer running (accSVC and AcerS agentSVC), stop the service and disable the Startup type in Properties. What Youtube solution did you apply (details)? Run a battery report, paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply.
