I am trying to reser my laptop. But when It goes to troubleshooting menu, it doesn't show "Reset this pc" option. So I can't reset it.

I also tried to give it a new windows. But it does not detect any drive. So, the new windows cannot be installed.

What do I have to do to get back the "reset this pc" option?

You RESET the OS through windows at Settings > System > Recovery >

Then this screen comes up and you have two choices

To do a clean install of Win-11 in your laptop you first need to get a USB of at least 8GB capacity, construct a boot USB with Rufus 4.5, then download the Win-11 .ISI 23H2 version OS onto that USB and also go to the Acer Support page for the Aspire 7 A715- 76G and download the IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver version 19.2.0.1003 that is situated in the DRIVER section, then put the unzipped IRST file onto the Win-11 installation USB so that when you get to the Win-11 installation section of Where do you want to install Windows? > Load driver, you load the IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver into the Win-11 installation, as afterwards your M.2 SSD boot drive will be recognized and you can continue the clean install of the Win-11 installation, it’s a simple process. Good luck and hope that all this helps you out.

This is the section of Win-11 installation where you need to install the IRST . Load driver
