Very Poor Sale with Nitro Gaming Laptop

I, had ordered a Nitro Gaming Laptop on 3rd July and paid a good price of 93,000. I had selected the EMI option for 6 months and used Axis card for payment. When I received my credit card statement, I found that the EMi option was not considered, and I was charged the full amount. I contacted Acer online (by phone) the person told me that this is a problem of the Banking gateway and I should contact my bank. When I contacted Axis bank, they said that this is a problem of the vendor and they should resolve it. On reconnecting with Acer, they told me to send mail to acersupport@in.aegisglobal.com.

They in turn asked me to mail to acerindia.enquiries@acer.com .

In short, nobody is taking the balme for the mistake that the system has done and I have had to face severe financial strains in arranging for this amount in one go.

Very Very poor handling of customer issues.
