Acer Nitro XV271U M3B - Acer Monitor not working in HDr mode with Windows Laptop 5

Hello,

I'm new here so I hope this also qualifies as me introducing myself to the group. I recently purchased an Acer Nitro XV271U M3B…. monitor mostly for the visuals and less for gaming as I don't game but do quite a bit of videography. However each time I connect it to my Window's laptop 5, it says it's not HDR enabled although I maade sure to check it met all the Windows 11 HDR requirements prior to purchasing it includiung AMD premium sync even though my processor is an Intel product. Currently my HDMI is 2.0 at 30Hz and I think that might be the cause but I thought I'd ask here before spending more money and time getting another docking staton when I should possibly consider returning it?

Check what HDDR protocol your PC and monitor supports, HDR10, HDR600, HDR1000, or DisplayHDR 1000:
Not all HDR is created equal! - VESA Certified DisplayHDR™ You need at least 600 Nits brightness that only OLED and Mini LED screens have.
