I'm missing the forward key of my laptop, and

It's also missing the rubber piece as well as the white piece.

It's a Swift SF314-512

It does have a backlit keyboard as well.

If your SF314-512 is under warranty, then send your laptop to Acer tech support and get them to change the keyboard/upper case, if the laptop is not under warranty, then you need to change the keyboard (if you can get just the keyboard for this laptop on eBay or Amazon) as Acer only has a part number for the Upper Case and Keyboard as a combination in many languages which all have different Acer part numbers. The key falling out symptom is because the key mechanism as originally faulty and it fell out or you have damaged that key and that is why its mechanism has collapsed and the key has dislodged from the keyboard.

There are places where they sell individual repair kits for keys, but I don't know if they have anything for an Acer Swift SF314-512 laptop model like below, so do your research. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
