Aspire 7 plugin charging light glow and show charging icon on display but battery not charging

i have acer aspire 7 i512H Laptop. when i plugin , charging light was yellow light was glow show icon on display Increase y but my battery percentage to Increase and i also check in acerSense app , batter calibration but not working and even i also check check windows update , not any update Available.

that problem facing , when my motherboard replace by company .

and i also try to many time to contact Customer care number Several time not attend call even waiting 10 to 15 min and 1 or 2 customer care Members instruct some like Turn off your laptop and Take a injector pin And press on hold on backside of battery icon hole.

When all instruction are complete then call was cut . and more things Happened.

AT THAT TIME 0% BATTERY EVEN I PLUGIN WITHIN 1 HOURS . and its my Emergency to use my laptop on that condition because I don't have another option.

What is the exact Aspire 7 model number as "aspire 7 i512H Laptop" is NOT the exact model number, have a look at the sticker on the back of your laptop and give us the exact model number that should be something like this Aspire A715-xxx=xxxx.

If your Aspire 7 laptop is under Acer warranty, then send your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country for repairs as your laptop has a main charging rail fault as your laptop should charge the battery fully when the adapter charger is plugged into the DC_IN port of your laptop, as this charging fault is fully covered under the Acer warranty.
