I purchased a laptop for around 2500usd in Washington State, I sent it in for repairs and they didn't have the part to repair it, they offered to send me a new laptop so I agreed, then they sent me a used laptop an it has bad pixels on the screen… I purchased this in Oct of 2023, and it went bad in April, and I posted in the boards here asking advice. I ended up having to send it to Acer for repairs. I later found out after reading lots of threads about this problem that is was not fixed by Acer and will happen again but then the warranty won't be any good. Makes sense after reading all those threads. So Now I am looking into small claims, does anybody know where I send a server in Washington State to serve Acer on a small claims filing? Note: I purchased my Acer after seeing a post by the company QUALITYGUARANTEED

A full refund of the price paid

Acer products are built and tested to last and incorporate a range of innovative features designed to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use. We are so confident of the quality of our products that we’re proud to offer the Acer Reliability Promise across the entire professional range.

By purchasing a qualifying Acer professional product by the end of January 2025 and registering it within 30 days, you will be entitled to claim a 100% refund of the full purchase price if your Acer device develops a fault and is repaired under warranty within the first year. I fall into the category and shouldn't be having the problems I am so now my only option is small claims. Any advice from anybody?
