My Acer A315-55-76YG Aspire 3 has issues with charging every single time.

Model : Acer Aspire 3 A315-55-76YG, i7 10th Gen 12GB 256 NVME + 1TB HDD

Hi this is my first time posting here.

My Acer laptop is always having a hard time to charge, I even replaced all parts that are related to this issue, Battery, Charger, Ram, NVME SSD. I tried using the laptop without a battery but it was too slow! my base CPU GHZ Speed was normally at 1.30, but without a battery it runs at 0.19! However, when it has it's battery plugged in, it's running a normal 1.30 - 2.50 GHZ. Here's the thing, whenever i have my battery plugged ( it's brand new ) it always had a hard time charging, like there's always a specific spot for it to charge. it's either i bend the laptop charger to the right or it doesn't work. Can the issue be the Charging port? I had no issue charging the laptop without a battery the only issue is whenever i use it, it's really slow! so I think no problem with the pin. I asked some people but it says that something about the motherboard or something i really don't know. can the motherboard be short? Newly-replaced Battery, Charger, Ram & NVME SSD

Start with uninstalling all Acer programs other than Acer Quick Access, and 3rd-party programs and keep the battery charged 100%, your laptop won't function fully without a battery or low battery charge. To check the DC charging port and if your adapter has the correct plug pin size (should be 3.0mm outside and 1.1mm inside diameter not 5.5*1.7mm). If the DC socket of the laptop is damaged or discolored/burned you can wiggle the plug a bit and see if the power LED is reacting, that socket can be replaced (not soldered).
