    What is your laptop model number and what tyep of drive is your laptop using, is it a 2.5" drive or an M.2 SSD drive. Also, is there a drive shown in the Information bios section, as showing all the bios captions above means nothing.

    The problems that could be happening is that the boot drive is faulty, or the operating system is corrupted, and the boot drive is not detected. Give us more details of your system or change the boot drive and see if that new drive is detected.
