Good Day, Our Acer Altos T350 F4 had failed the raid controller, your service provider replaces the raid controller, the error is no longer appearing, but the installed OS is no longer available, how can we restore this, please advise?

IIRC you should just need to reconfigure the controller to get the data back. Hopefully you have backups if that fails… I've asked Acer for a response as to the procedure.

What RAID controller(s) were installed? How many drives were connected and how were they configured. If the drives have not been moved and the new controller is the same type, you should be able to configure the old drive on the new controller to the same parameters. If you weren't using a RAID controller card and instead using the RAID functions built into the BIOS, then again you need to reconfigure it the same way, but using the BIOS functions instead.
