I have an Acer Nitro I use for work as a therapist. Lots of protection. Still, with no known cause, my motherboard needed replaced for the first time 10/20223 when I bounght the lap top new from Micro Center. 1/2/2023. It was under warrenty and was covered. Now, its out of warrenty and the same thing has happened, Blue screen resulting in needing another Motherboard. I had to trasefer all the data off to an extrenal hard drive. Why would this be happening when nothing has happend on my end? If there was a problem there still is after the first replaced motherboard. Now I cant reach customer service either because its out of warrenty. Can anyone help? Thanks

What is the exact model of your Nitro laptop AN515-xx as that is very strange that two mainboards will have their gpu’s burned out, as if the cpu gets burned out then your laptop would be dead and with a black screen. This is a problem that is caused by the main power rail that is allowing a high volatge of 19V to the cpu or gpu as its mosat is burning out, which is common on Nitro laptops and allowing the cpu or gpu to be burned out. If you are getting a blue screen error, then what is the error that is on the screen, as that would help to diagnose the problem, let us know.
