Did you reinstall windows in the A315-59 laptop and you got the "Lets connect you to a network" as it didn't install the WLAN driver and it brought you to the Device Manager. If it did then see this guide here "How to bypass internet connection to install Windows 11" as this has a fix for this problem. Otherwise install the WLAN driver of either the MTK7663 or Intel cards from the Acer support page. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

You should not be installing any drivers for a new laptop, Windows11 will manage your drivers, in Device manager expand "Other devices" with that question mark and uninstall all drivers in "Other devices" that item should never show in device manager as it means you installed incompatible drivers or connected incompatible devices. After uninstalling the problem drivers and any yellow exclamation triangles you see like the "Generic" Bluetooth adapter in Device manager, including in the hidden devices, just reboot. Check if Window11 23H2 is fully updated to version 22631.3880.
