Laptop screen stuck after motherboard replacement on Nitro An515-45

The service centre technician have replaced my mother board after that this issue started sometimes my screen freeezes and after that the laptop didn't start it stuck into black screen with keyboard light on it only start when I remove the battery socket and again connect it . All of my BIOS and driver are updated

.so is this a hardware issue or what.

    What Nitro model laptop have you got, as after a mainboard replacement if it was new, that screen should not be happening, as that looks like an eDP cable or its plug fault that the data cables are damaged and its distorting the screen image. Have that checked out by the technician that fitted the new mainboard.

    Thanks for the reply, i have Acer Nitro An515-45 Ryzen 5 With rtx 3050 and yes i have checked the the cables but it don't happen everytime it only happen some times after i turn on the laptop. and also i have noticed one thing my all usb socket have power after shut down which is abnormal .after turn of the fast startup they don't have power but i think it is a motherboard issue.
