The laptop served me about 1.5 years and it's about to die, I cannot press "Caps-Lock", "Esc", "Tab" and "1" keys, sometimes "1" key is pressing, but when I hold "shift" to reach exclamation sign, it does not working at all.

It is not a software issue, because the same keys does not work when I use BIOS or LiveCD of any OS. I also tried to reset BIOS and it didn't changed anything.

I tried to remove key caps and clean it up, but it seems that problem isn't here, I tried to disassemble the laptop, but found out that it designed to not been disassembled, I detached the radiator and found out that I have to detach screen cable too, but screen cable connector literally turned to dust when I touched it, probably it's plastic handle made of *****.

I did not tried to detach it because I worry that I will not assemble it back then and trying to fix some keys I will break the screen too.

I would like to say that the engineers are sick ***** and this laptop will serve no more than 3 years, so its a bad investment at all, I cannot find warranty and I moved to a different country than I purchased it, so it seems that it will not work anymore anyways.
