I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and parts non availability provided for my laptop [Model No A515-58M-78JL] and Serial Number S/N: NXKHGAA004XXXXXXXXXXXX & SNID: XXXXXXXXXX], which I purchased through online portal NEWEGG / ORDER on [11/16/2023) from USA (PEMBROKE PINES, FLORIDA).

My laptop stopped charging and I gave my laptop for servicing to your authorized service center in my city.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received satisfactory service. They say that the Charging IC, is fault and the spares are not available in India. And ask to go to USA for repair. Is this your Policy?
