Hello. Is it possible to somehow "optimise battery"? I mean, change whenever battery hits 100% let it be not charging, until for example 10% and charge from 10% to 100% ( while adapter/cable is still connectted to laptop? Of course the easiest way its to unplug the cable but couple years ago i had an laptop and i destroyed the exit of adapter so i couldnt charge the laptop anymore, and i dont wanna do that cause im scared i will destroy it too. Also sorry for my english.

Have a great day.

Hi, there are no such things as "Optimizing" and "Overcharging" a Li-Ion battery that has a Smart chip inside that regulates the chargeing and diverts power when the battery is charged 100%. https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001587.htm The 10% draining procedure you mention is called the "Full Charge Cycle" procedure that Acer does in the factory (mandatory) and if the retailer replaces that battery or reinstalls Windows need to be done again for BIOS and MS ACPI battery protocol to register the new battery capacity. Only need to be done once and when the Acer laptop box was not sealed when you received it. Keep the power adapter plugged in 24/7 and the battery charged 100%. To do this Full Charge Cycle, first disable Hibernate and Fast startup in "Change what closing the lid does" and in "Change settings currently unavailable", then reset the power plan to factory default in "Edit Power Plan". Uninstall Acer bloatware like Acer Care Center and AcerSense and check in Windows Services that these programs no longer run, or/and disable the Startup type in propertied for these services. Shut down, close the lid plug in the power adapter and charge the laptop to 100% and wait an extra 10 minutes, Boot to Windows and verify that the battery meter shows 100% charged. Unplug the adapter and work normally with the laptop (avoid heavy gaming) till the laptop turns itself off (3-5% charge left), close the lid and don't worry you won't have lost any data. Plug in the adapter again and charge till the amber battery LED turns blue (don't open the lid) and wait an extra 10 minutes. That's it.
