So 3 months ago I bought Acer nitro 5 12th gen i7 with rtx 4060 and whenever I use it or do a little bit of gaming it's temperature normally goes to 95 degrees and it's too hot if I even accidentally touch the air vents and temperature never goes down.

Your Nitro 12th Gen cpu and RTX4060 gpu laptop is preset by Acer to run on a cpu max and shutdown temp of 100°C in performance mode and is set for performance shutdown mode of the gpu at 95°C.

So, in extreme gaming and when your laptop is running at 95°C its a normal temp, this temp will come down eventually as it doesn't come down straight away. If your laptop shuts down constantly and it crashes at the shutdown temps above, then consult Acer tech support in your country and send your laptop to Acer and get them to inspect your laptop, as it could have an issue. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
