NITRO 5 AN515-58 GPU (left one) fan buzzing noise at max RPM

My Nitro 5 AN515-58 laptop, which is only 3 days old, has started making an annoying noise when the fan runs at maximum RPM. It sounds like the fan is touching something, and this only happens at maximum RPM. Additionally, will my warranty be voided if I open the back of the laptop?

The warranty will be voided if you take the fan out and if there are Acer seals on the back cover or screws, as in some countries Acer restricts the opening of the back cover. If your laptop doesn't have these seals on the back cover, then you can open the back cover to either change M.2 SSD drives or add additional ram.

With the cpu/gpu fan you will not be able to do and/or see anything if the fan touches the case and makes a noise at high speed only. If this is bothering you, then send your new AN515-58 to Acer tech support in your country. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Note: its a big job to take the Nitro AN515-58 thermal module out as that is the only way to disconnect the fans also, let Acer do this job under warranty and don't attempt to do it yourself.
