Does Acer swift 3 SF315-51G-57QM nvme support

I know this laptop has a m.2 slot. I am just not sure that if it supports Nvme drives as the acer chat support agent denied it. Also, if it does support nvme, Can I install a 1TB one?

As you can see, there are four PCIe channels going to the M.2 slot, in addition to a SATA channel. So NVMe x4 and NVMe x2 are both supported. Also, here's the storage system spec:

Why would acer chat support deny that? They said this model only supports data m.2. Also it seems the post referenced is of a different model.

No, that is the same laptop model that you have, the Acer Swift 3 SF315-51G-57QM supports both M.2 SATA SSDs and NVMe SSDs.
