    Delete it from Device Manager then reboot to see if it reappears without the error. If it's a corrupted configuration that should get it. Since that model is one of those for India only (I believe) we don't have access to detailed info here.

    No, there is no change after rebooting please suggest something else

    You could try downloading the drivers from Acer and doing a reinstall. See if there is something like a chipset driver or a serial IO driver for your model.
