Predator Triton 500 PT515-52 Battery Dysfunctional, Turbo/GPU not working

Laptop model: Triton 500 / N18W3 / Predator PT515-52

I've had this laptop since 2021, the issue started within 6 months of purchase. I didn't have time to fix it then, I do now.

Laptop only works when charger is plugged in, battery states 100% but doesn't work if unplugged. The 2070m GPU is recognized in device manager, but I get a constant "nvidia control panel is not installed" notification, which does nothing when I click to install. Turbo button throws an error when pressed, "overclocking is only available when the AC adapter is plugged in and at least 40% battery life remains". The laptop is plugged in and battery says 100%, still I'm shown that error when pressing Turbo button.

In BIOS the battery says 0%. Battery status on side of laptop blinks orange.

I've tried:

• ACPI removal and reinstallation
• Pin-hole battery reset
• Factory Windows reset

You can try to replace the battery.
