Predator Triton 500 PT515-52 Battery Dysfunctional, Turbo/GPU not working

Laptop model: Triton 500 / N18W3 / Predator PT515-52

I've had this laptop since 2021, the issue started within 6 months of purchase. I didn't have time to fix it then, I do now.

Laptop only works when charger is plugged in, battery states 100% but doesn't work if unplugged. The 2070m GPU is recognized in device manager, but I get a constant "nvidia control panel is not installed" notification, which does nothing when I click to install. Turbo button throws an error when pressed, "overclocking is only available when the AC adapter is plugged in and at least 40% battery life remains". The laptop is plugged in and battery says 100%, still I'm shown that error when pressing Turbo button.

In BIOS the battery says 0%. Battery status on side of laptop blinks orange.

I've tried:

• ACPI removal and reinstallation
• Pin-hole battery reset
• Factory Windows reset

Run a Battery Report, paste this in the Windows Command Prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and check if Connected Standby is supported (see picture), if not the battery has been disabled by the Smart chip inside the battery for Fire Hazzard Protection)

I've attached the battery report to this post. It says connected standby is unsupported. Does this definitely mean I need a new battery, or could it be something else? Asking because I barely have the money to spend on a new battery, cant waste it..

Is there a way to "remove" the battery via software, so I can at least use the laptops to its full potential? Currently it won't go into boost mode which drastically reduces performance.
