1. Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57-53SB model has a USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt 4 and video output via DP. This means you can connect a compatible monitor or VR headset to the USB-C port using a Thunderbolt 4 or DisplayPort cable.
2. Try to look at the Type-C port to check if it has a thunderbolt symbol or not. If so, your model is capable of displaying video output for that Type-C port. If not, that Type-C port just works like the regular USB ports without video output.
3. As a novelty for this Intel-based Nitro 5 AN515-57 series, there's HDMI 2.1 support. (Hooked into the Nvidia GPU), and the USB-C port supports Thunderbolt 4 and video output via DP; the previous Nitro 5s offered data-only via USB-C and HDMI 2.0b.

There are two different base versions of the AN515-57 model series. One has the Thunderbolt port and the other only USB-C. On the versions with TBT you can connect video out that port, on the versions with only USB-C you cannot. So, on your you can't use that port for video without a dock that generates it's own.

ca you explain me if its possible and how to run the 2nd screen on the laptop (i have the same AN515-57 w/o thunderbolt logo).
I've been testing few dell and acers dock stations with no result running 2nd screen via USB-c 3.2 gen 2

The AN515-57 models without thunderbolt do not support DP Alt Mode on the USB-C.
