I am using Acer Aspire 5 (A515-56) and i frequently encounter Bluetooth disconnections with the MediaTek MT7921 chipset during media playback. This persistent issue disrupts the audio and video experience, posing a significant inconvenience. Despite efforts to troubleshoot and update drivers, the problem persists, suggesting a deeper connectivity issue. This ongoing disruption affects user satisfaction, highlighting a need for comprehensive solutions to ensure seamless Bluetooth performance during multimedia use on the Acer Aspire 5 (A515-56).

Try these steps first first and see if it fixes your BT connection:

    1. Check the Acer support website for the latest driver for your wireless/Bluetooth adapter. Install it.
    2. If the issue started after a recent driver update, you can try rolling back the driver to the previous version. Go to Device Manager, right-click on your wireless adapter, and select Properties > Driver > Roll Back Driver.
    3. Go to Device Manager, right-click on your wireless adapter, and select Uninstall Device. Restart your computer and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
    4. Check for Windows updates: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
    5. If none of the above works, the adapter might be faulty. Try it on another computer. If it still doesn't work, you may need to replace it.

If you need to replace your faulty MediaTek MT7921LE card then replace it with the other card that is fitted to this laptop, as it could be faulty and replace the card with the Intel AX201.NGWG.NVW WiFi 6 card, as this card is also fitted to the Aspire A515-56 laptop by Acer then install the A515-56 Intel WLan version 22.40.0.7 and the Bluetooth version 22.40.0.2 driver from the Acer support for the Aspire A515-56 laptop and see if the Bluetooth connects 100% and does not have the problems that you are experiencing. Good luck and let us know how you go.
