Sound when rotate the charger, acer nitro v15

When i plug the charger and rotate, it make a sound like in the video, is this normal?

    The plug or DC charging port may be damaged, you either have to change the DC socket and/or your adapter as this may get worse and result in power/charging issues. Check if the battery and power LEDs react when you turn the plug like that while Windows is running as that would confirm a bad contact. Some people prefer this right-angle type of DC plug as the DC cord takes up less space, I prefer the straight type plugs that won't rotate/move once inserted in the DC socket. If you determine there is a bad contact, bring the laptop to Acer services in your country to replace the DC socket, alternatively get a new adapter with a straight plug.

    There's no bad contact, it charge just fine, but that sound when rotate worried me and I'm just used this laptop for only 3 weeks
