Dear Friends,
In November 2023 I purchased an Acer Aspire A715-76G model, 3 months later I got a few updates so I feel my laptop performance decreased. So, I reset my laptop, and after resetting it showed a few problems like the right side display up to 3 inches showing a completely black colour appearance. That black will be leaving for a few seconds to a few minutes a very long time showing one side of the display not turning on showing a completely Dark. Can you check recovery?

What "I got a few updates, so I feel my laptop performance decreased" what updated did you install, or did you do a hardware update like more ram or new SSD, what did you do? Let us know as having that 3" right side black screen could be because of the screen is faulty or the eDP cable or part of the backlight is damaged.

    Dear StevenGen,

After a recent Windows update, the booting time of the laptop has increased.

I haven't made any hardware changes, and the laptop is still under warranty.

There is a recurring issue of a black screen, which seems to resolve itself after a few seconds or minutes, or by restarting or signing out. This issue mainly occurs during awakening from sleep and occasionally during booting.
