AN16-41 Are my Temps normal for the newly bought Acer Laptop?

So I own the ACER Nitro AN16-41 RTX 4050 and RYZEN 5 7535HS model and I just ran a couple stress tests on my laptop.
First one was from an app called CPU-Z I used its bench option and my cpu temps seemed to be stuck around 70 to 72 slightly moving up and down rarely mostly 72 celsius and for the GPU I used Furmark and the GPU was stuck at 85 celsius. I tracked their temps on HWINFO64
but I was wondering when I downloaded and played the metro exodus on the laptop for 1-2 hours the CPU and GPU were flaming hot between 80 90 celsius both battery was on performance and the laptop was plugged in, aswell as nitrosense profile was on performance
I also suspected it might be the games optimization because when I turned the VSYNC on and capped the fps at 60 FPS my temps quickly went down to 70ish celsius but I couldn't play it for too long that way because I was too used to the screens 165hz smoothness so 60 fps kinda felt wacky in a first person shooter could anyone let me know if these temps are normal and its just the games issue since its somewhat an old game and I couldn't bother downloading an AAA grade game thank you all in advance.
