Acer Aspire E1-571G BSOD after upgrade

Hello everyone.

I have an Acer Aspire E1-571G laptop, and after the latest hardware upgrade, I started encountering BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) errors with various messages, such as:
PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA, ATTEMPTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY, SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, and a few others that I can't recall right now. Specifically, the BSOD appears when the laptop is shut down abruptly; if I shut it down through the Start menu, everything is fine.
I accidentally found a temporary solution - I simply kept restarting the laptop until it turned on without issues. After that, it works normally without errors until it's abruptly shut down again.

The upgrade that caused this issue was the installation of 16GB of RAM (2 sticks of 8GB each). Recently, I tried removing one of the RAM sticks - the laptop turns on without errors. I tested it with each RAM stick separately - everything works fine, so the problem is not with the RAM itself. However, when I insert both sticks, the BSOD appears again.

The laptop specs indicate that it supports a maximum of 8GB of RAM, but both on this forum and other resources, users have mentioned that it works with 16GB.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? I would like to resolve this issue. I would appreciate any help.

Specifications:
Intel Core i7-3632QM
NVIDIA GeForce 710M 2GB
16GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro 22H2
