I've tried another charger and it still doesn't work. I've pushed it in as far as it will go and still no charge. I think I need to replace the power jack. Where can I find the replacement part and how do I change it.

The DC_IN jack port is soldered onto the mainboard, your best option is to either take/send the laptop to your Acer tech support in your country or to a technician that can change this port for you. Do not attempt to change the DC-IN port yourself as you will damage your laptop, as to change this port you need specialist microscopic soldering tools and a microscope to do the job properly. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
