Does calibrating predator Helios neo 16 (PHN16-71) battery fix draining issue?

Hi, last month I bought the predator Helios neo 16(PHN16-71) model. Performance wise, I'm super happy with this model, but it only lasts in about 50 min if I play Cyberpunk or Gta 5. I just wanted to know if this is normal or not. Or is there a possibility that my battery is defective? Also, I haven't tried calibrating the battery. Will this help fix the draining issue?

Do not play games with the battery only as you will deplete your laptop battery in less than 30 minutes. Always have the Power adapter plugged in 24/7 and forget about this battery "Calibration" as Li-Ion with Smart chips are not affected by the memory effect of the older Ni-Cad batteries and there is no such thing as "Optimizing" or longevity for batteries (internet myths).

The Predator Helos Neo PHN16-71 is a high end gaming laptop and its fitted with an up to 5880mAh (some have a smaller 5840mAh capacity battery) and have a 330W high power adapter for charging, on a gaming laptop like you have 50min is an acceptable and average time for gaming, so don't except a much longer time, as and if you conserve battery life the time could be extended up to a max of 120min at the most. Factors like Game intensity, Background processes, Power management settings, Cooling system, Battery health, are all factors that play a significant role on battery life, it’s important to remember that the PHN16-71 is a high end gaming laptop that consumes a high amount of battery charge when only on battery power and realistically the PHN16-71 is a laptop that should be gamed on when its adapter is plugged into the mains power as its got limited power on battery. Good luck and hope this helps you out some more.
