AN515-55, Fix Alt-Tab Black Screen, it just stutters and generates a black screen for 3-5 seconds

So I have an Acer Nitro AN515-55, it has a 1650 12gb ram i5-10300 144hz 1080p, and whenever im playing either fortnite or valorant (both at fullscreen) and i tab out or press windows key, it just stutters and generates a black screen for 3-5 seconds, i saw that it was due to DSC on some pcs but this is a laptop, is there any fix? i only noticed this on fortnite and valorant, not on minecraft or roblox, and i also used oblivity and there is no delay on the alt tab, all in fullscreen, will i need to stick on windowed fullscreen?

I believe it's a way in which both games are using fullscreen optimization.

Disable Fullscreen Optimizations:

Right-click on the game's executable file (e.g., Fortnite.exe or Valorant.exe), go to Properties, then Compatibility tab, and check "Disable fullscreen optimizations." Apply the changes and restart the game to see if it helps.
