If your H6543ki DLP projector is new and already making a loud clicking noise, it's important to address this issue promptly to ensure it doesn't worsen or affect your viewing experience. Here are steps you can take:

    1. Check for Packaging or Assembly Issues: Sometimes, new products can have loose packaging materials or parts that were not properly secured during assembly. Inspect the projector carefully to ensure there are no loose screws, parts, or packaging remnants inside or around the projector.
    2. Verify Power Source and Connections: Ensure that the projector is plugged into a stable power source and that all connections are secure. Sometimes, electrical issues or loose cables can cause unexpected noises.
    3. Contact Manufacturer or Retailer: Since the projector is new and likely under warranty, it's advisable to contact the manufacturer's customer support or the retailer where you purchased it. Explain the issue clearly, mentioning that the projector is new and the noise started shortly after purchase. They may provide specific troubleshooting steps or offer to replace the projector if the issue cannot be resolved.
    4. Avoid DIY Repairs: Since the projector is new and likely covered under warranty, refrain from attempting any DIY repairs that could void the warranty. Follow the guidance provided by the manufacturer or retailer to ensure the issue is addressed properly.

By taking these steps, you can effectively address the clicking noise issue with your new H6543ki DLP projector and ensure you receive appropriate support from the acer or retailer.

"If the above steps do not work for you and you are under a return and replacement policy, then replace the projector. If not, then it is covered under warranty, send it to a service center or contact them."
