Hi! I have an Acer Aspire A315-59, I’ve had it for nine months. It was updated 2 days ago, and today it’s not showing the option to connect to Wi-Fi. Can someone help me?

Hello! Have you checked the device manager for any problem drivers? Have you tried rolling back the update?

Select the Start button > Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter. Follow the steps in the troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem.

If above steps doesn't work then open device manager, under network adapters select and uninstall wifi adapter then restart your laptop. It will fix your issue

Go to Device Manager and see if the Wi-Fi is active in Network adapters as it should be listed there, if its driver is corrupted then it will have a yellow exclamation mark, which you can reinstall by going to Properties > Driver > Update driver etc etc so that the old driver can be reinstated, if its not active and not listed, then you need to download either the Intel or MTK Wi-Fi driver for the Aspire A315-59 from the Acer support page and then reinstall the Wi-Fi driver completely for your card again. Good luck.
