I Don't know much about this software so i did so research and Based on the search results, here is how you can handle the DTS X Ultra and DTS Sound Unbound licenses if you need to reset or reinstall Windows:

    The key points are:

    • Your DTS X Ultra and DTS Sound Unbound licenses should not be voided by a fresh Windows install, as they are tied to your Microsoft account, not the specific Windows installation.
    • After reinstalling Windows, you can simply reinstall the DTS software and your existing licenses should still be valid. You do not need to purchase them again.
    • The steps to reinstall DTS X Ultra and DTS Sound Unbound after a Windows reset involve:
    1. Uninstall the existing DTS software and drivers completely using a tool like Revo Uninstaller.
    2. Reinstall Windows and allow it to install the default Realtek audio drivers.
    3. Download the latest DTS drivers from the Acer support site and install them.
    4. The DTS X Ultra and DTS Sound Unbound apps should then recognize your existing licenses and allow you to reactivate them.

The key is to fully uninstall the existing DTS software before the Windows reset, then reinstall the latest drivers after. Your licenses should carry over without issue.
