I am looking for a vbios upgrade to get my 3060 nitro 5 AN517-54 from 80W to something higher

I have an AN517-54 with i7-11800h and RTX 3060. Currently it runs at 80W which seems very low since the card can go up to 130. So I was wondering if there is a vbios available so i can get it up to 95W maybe even 100W.

Do bios update for your laptop if available from support page.

If I recall correctly there was setting in Nvidia control panel called batterybooster or battery saver or whispermode just disable it.

-Open the Start menu and search for "GeForce Experience." From the main GeForce Experience window, click the small gear icon on the top right of the app. Scroll down and disable BatteryBoost 2.0 on the left-hand side

2)Setting Power management mode from "Normal" to "Prefer maximum Performance" can improve performance in certain applications when the GPU is throttling the clock speeds incorrectly resulting in low fps. To change this setting, with your mouse, right-click over the Windows desktop and select "NVIDIA Control Panel" -> from the NVIDIA Control Panel, select the "Manage 3D settings" from the left column -> click on the Power management mode drop down box and select "Prefer Maximum Performance". Click over the "Apply" button at the bottom of the panel to apply the changes.
