How to fix flashing colors on my Nitro XA270 monitor

I just got a new Nitro XA270 monitor and opened it. The monitor turns on and seemed to be in perfect condition but anytime I connect a device with an HDMI the only thing that shows is a repeating cycle of red, green, white, and blue screens. I've tried different cables, but the same issue happens. The audio works when I connect the devices, so far i've tried my laptop and xbox and can hear the sounds but all i see are these repeating colors, is there a way to fix this?

Monitor is in testmode. You need to give input to monitor. Connect HDMI cable and when you get picture go to menu and reset settings. This should fix the problem.

If there's nothing obvious in the OSD menu try a power reset. Disconnect all cables, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds or longer. Release the button, hook up the cables again and power it back on.

If above steps doesn't work then there's something wrong with your new monitor. Contact seller and Ask for return and Replace. It must be in return/replace window. 2nd option is to send it to service centre if you can't replace. No big problem since you are under warranty.

I recommend return and replace first
