CPU very high temperature with no usage

I have a problem where whenever I'm playing a game, GPU always has usage about 95-100% yet manages to work just fine and cooling is also good with temperatures around 85 Celsius. At the same time, CPU does minimal work (3-5% usage), yet has temperatures higher than 90 Celsius. After playing for some time because of it's temperature (I don't know why it's so hot with no usage) the throttling comes in (at least that's what I think) and my laptop has like 5 fps on everything even after turning off the game. This state persists until complete system restart (Yes I have to turn off and on computer completely to get it to work normally again). Does anybody has any solution to this or at least knows why it this happening? I would greatly appreciate if the advices were from personal experience and knowledge rather that stuff like "clean cache files" which obviously won't work.

Keep the power adapter plugged in 24/7 and make sure your battery still has 80% capacity left and is always charged 100%. Check RAM availability, you may need to upgrade and change Power Mode to Best Power Efficiency in "Power & Battery" settings. most importantly however is uninstalling all bloatware, 3rd-party browsers, anti-virus programs, freebees and trial versions pre-installed. If you never cleaned the fans after more than 2 years you should bring the laptop to Acer Services for cleaning and thermal repasting.

Firstly, ensure proper ventilation by placing the laptop on a hard surface. Secondly, clean the air vents and fans regularly to remove any dust buildup. Additionally, adjusting the power settings to a balanced mode can help manage CPU usage. Lastly, using a cooling pad or external fan can provide extra cooling support.
