What model Aspire 7 A715-42? how old is the laptop? replacing the 2 fans is not a major expense but best done by Acer Services in your country.

Firstly, the Aspire 7 A715-72G has good case venting and the fan speeds are governed by your CPU/GPU temps and environments, the fans are there to cool and stop any overheating of the CPU/GPU of your laptop. In most overheating cases, which is very relevant to laptops, is that their variation in their environmental usage affects the laptop temps, hence and that is why a simple solution is to use a good 'Laptop Pad Cooler' that consistently forces and enhances a good crossflow airflow of a laptops enclosed case ventilation! Yes there are other mods that can be made but and that is up to you e.g. modding the case and adding extra vents and/or getting rid of the ribbing of existing vents and covering them with a plastic mesh to increase airflow.
