Yes, of course, just like any other portable device (mobile phone, iPad, etc.). Make sure the battery is fully charged and you can leave your USB-C charger or power adapter plugged in 24/7 without any issues: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001587.htm When the battery charge gets below 10% it may be better to first let the battery charge to 100% than turn on the laptop as fast charging will take very long and you will be working with an almost depleted battery (not recommended, heating issues, poor performance), best to always maintain a fully charged battery.

    Yes. It is 101% okay.

Laptops gain a huge performance boost when plugged in, and it is recommended to plug in while doing heavy tasks like Gaming, Video Editing, 3D Modelling and so on, for extra performance and to not load up the battery so much.

Not just that, almost all Laptops have fully active cooling and all of them can fully bypass the battery, and fully run on AC Power when they hit 100%, thus preventing overcharging.
In fact some Laptops will also offer to limit charging right at 80, if you keep it plugged in for a long time.
