Hi, I recently reset my Nitro N50-120, but after doing this, my Bluetooth wasn't showing up anymore. I went to the device manager and saw that there are three unknown devices without drivers installed (see screenshot). I'm assuming those question marks are supposed to be for my Bluetooth hardware. I tried downloading the drivers from the Acer website and installing them, but it hasn't fixed the problem. If someone could please help me get my Bluetooth running again, I'd really appreciate it! By the way, I already installed all Windows updates, and also clicked on the advanced option to receive updates for other Microsoft products. Also, when I go through the Bluetooth troubleshooter, it says that it cannot detect a Bluetooth radio on this device. So strange, since it was working fine before the reset!
