My Acer Aspire 7 N17C2 is not turning on but it's fan running very fastly

My model number is N17C2

My laptop was working fine but last night I turn off my laptop and when In morning when I am going to turn on my laptop it's not turning on. Charge light will go from orange to Blue, indicating that it's charged fully. Additionally, when I plug my USB corded mouse in - there is power flowing to my mouse.

I have tried:

1. Holding power button

2. Flipping it over and inserting paperclip into battery pinhole for 25 sec and trying (and failing) to power it on again.

After I use battry rest using inserting the clip it's fan starting running very fastly and loudly. There is 2 hours completed fan running continuously and laptop not starting please help me

Unsure what next steps I should take. Any help.would be much appreciated.

Did you try the F7 key (screens) with or without the Fn key? Connect an external monitor or TV to check if that works.
