New motherboard for helios 16. graphics card issue and later finding out that card has failed

My Helios 16 (i9-13900hx, rtx 4080) has been sent back for a graphics card issue and later finding out that card has failed and now i need a new board just over a year of use (should never have happened so early). How much would a new board be as it’s apparently out of warranty?

The Predator mainboard is available from Zandparts with the Acer MAIN BD.W/CPU.I9-13900HX.GN21-X6-8GB - Acer part #: NB.QKS11.002 and its a whopping €2,898.61 incl. VAT which is USD $3,103.54 which would mean that you would be much better off selling your old laptop as spare parts to a technician (that are after such mainboards) and then buy a new predator 14th Gen RTX40 series laptop again, as unfortunately I can't justify a 3k plus price for a new mainboard from Acer ??? which is ridiculous. Try to consult Acer in your country and see if they will cover your new Predator laptop under warranty as its such a new laptop and they might (I can't guarantee) replace your mainboard still under Acer warranty if you haven't had any liquid spills or done any silly mods to the cpu or gpu to kill them, its worth a try.
