Acer Predator PH517-51Battery Stuck at 0% and charging

I've had this laptop for some time now and last year I ran into this issue after giving the laptop to the repair/warranty team before my warranty expired. I'd be completely fine with the laptop being stuck at 0% while plugged in because I don't use it on-the-go, the problem is that it affects everything else like gaming and performance even though my power is high performance and all, like I went from being able to play games like Elden Ring and RD2 to lagging a lot in older games like DS1, Mafia II and GTA IV. This has been plaguing me for a long while now and I hope to be able to fix this, HERE IS THE BATTERY REPORT:

    Hi, @luviel

This is a 2018 model and when the battery has not been replaced it will have died after 6 years, the Battery Report shows no data for the last 15 months which would confirm that the battery died. You can get a new battery for $56 here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33051753884.html

Next time don't retype/convert a very long report just open the Battery Report with the Edge browser and right-click, then select "Print to Microsoft PDF" all pages and attach the PDF file to your post. Your post has hit a size limit now and cannot be quoted in a reply. 😉

First ensure that the charging cable is inserted correctly into the port. Make sure that you have the charger plugged into the correct port, and if the connection feels loose, try adjusting the connection to line things up correctly. Have a good look inside the charging port using a flashlight, if needed. Your charging cable could be loose, unplugged, or damaged. Your charging cable could have a weak connection because it wasn't made by your laptop's manufacturer. Your charging ports could be clogged with dirt or debris that is keeping it from powering up properly. A laptop tune-up and thorough cleaning can help.

    Hello, @Puraw

Thank you so much for your answer and for pointing out the battery issue! 😊 It's really helpful to know that the battery might have died and where to potentially get a replacement. Unfortunately, the link you provided gives me an error saying, "Sorry, the page you requested can not be found." This could be because I'm accessing it from Germany. Could you please let me know what I should search for to find the correct battery that would be available in my area?

Also, I really appreciate the tip about using the "Print to Microsoft PDF" function. That’s a great suggestion, and I’ll definitely use it next time. Thanks again for your help and advice!
