Hello.
I'm having an issue with my Acer Nitro 17 Gaming laptop. The issue is that whenever I turn it on it says Your device ran into a problem. Please wait while we gather some info up and restart the PC for you. and then it restarts and it goes directly to select an account. and it shows my account so I click it and it says wrong password even though it's correct! and after that I click the option that says forgot password or Don't see your account and it says as a option restart so I click restart and it takes me back to the same screen I was on before which was the select account option. and even though I changed the password it still said the same issue.

Does anyone have an idea to fix this problem?
thanks.

If your laptop is stuck with an error message that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart," there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

Restart your computer: Press and hold the power button on your computer until it shuts down completely, then turn it back on after a few seconds.
Boot into Safe Mode: Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts up. This should bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu. Select "Safe Mode" and press Enter. If your computer starts up in Safe Mode, you can try to troubleshoot the issue from there.
Run Startup Repair: If you're unable to boot into Safe Mode, you can try running Startup Repair. Restart your computer and press F11 repeatedly until the Choose an option screen appears. Select "Troubleshoot," then "Advanced options," then "Startup Repair."
Use System Restore: If you have a restore point created on your computer, you can try using System Restore to restore your computer to a previous working state. To access System Restore, restart your computer and press F11 repeatedly until the Choose an option screen appears. Select "Troubleshoot," then "Advanced options," then "System Restore."
Update or reinstall drivers: If the issue is related to a hardware driver, updating or reinstalling the driver may help resolve the issue. You can download the latest drivers from the Acer website. I hope this helps.
