Hello All,

I recently post the monitor 32inch curved screen, the model number is XZ322qu, from Costco. I like the monitor. However, I noticed that I can't access the first OSD page (The one with the Menu, Mode, Brightness, and Input quick settings) when pressing the joystick on the back of the screen. It always jumps to the "menu" page with many settings.

This is annoying because I need to switch between two computers. And I will need to navigate to the System in the Menu page and find the Input to change it.

I searched the web and couldn't find others have the same issue. Any hints would be appreciated.

IIRC you can move the joystick to get different menus and press the joystick to select, so when you click it initially, it will take you to that default menu. Try moving it instead of clicking…

    billsey, Thanks for answering!!

I just tried, "moving" the joystick doesn't work.

I also have the issue with the preset. Every time I turn on the screen, it will switch the super sharpness on. I don't like that and need to set it back to off. Any ways of turning on super sharpness off by default?

I have the same problem, XZ322QU V3 purchased from Costco.

On Page 9 of this PDF [1] the section titled: Using the Shortcut Menu, the docs talk about a Main Page. Look at the screenshot. I want access to this menu, so I can easily toggle the input.

    Any solution?

    Hi,

I have same problem, no chance to switch between profiles over the "normal" OSD. I can save the 3 different profiles but no chance to select them without this menu. Seems to be a software bug from acer :-(
